sm253,
This book chronicles the author’s efforts over three decades to make health information and basic care more accessible。 It highlights the navigation of complex external obstacles as well as the development of effective models to turn retail-based and urgent care clinics into sustainable businesses。 Although the focus is on the healthcare provider organization, there are leadership lessons that are applicable to other industries。
